When will my order be shipped?

All Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Sunday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the order has been shipped from the warehouse. Normally for international shipping, please allow 1-2 weeks shipping days.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes! We ship globally. For all countries, including the U.S., Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, free shipping is offered for orders over $99, and $10 shipping fees will be charged for all orders less than $99. All taxes will be included at the checkout.

Can I make changes to my order?

Only orders not yet processed for shipment may be canceled. You may request a cancellation after an order is processed, but it is not guaranteed. To cancel the order, we charge a 5% transaction fee as it's been charged by the payment company already, such as PayPal.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can arrange a refund or exchange for you.
